Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be genuinely satisfied with your Objekts_ piece. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we handle it.
Return window You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging (including foam corner blocks, air cushions, and all protective materials). Items returned without original packaging, or showing signs of use, wear, or handling damage, may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
How to start a return Email us at support@objektsdesign.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not ship anything back before you receive a return authorization and instructions from us — unauthorized returns cannot be tracked and may not be refunded.
Who pays for return shipping
- Change of mind / no longer wanted: the customer is responsible for return shipping, and the original outbound shipping cost (included in "free shipping" orders) is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
- Our error, a defect, or damage in transit: we cover all return and replacement shipping at no cost to you (see the damage section below).
Damaged or defective items Our pieces — especially the mirrored cubes — are fragile and are packed in a double-box system with foam corner protection. Despite this, transit damage occasionally happens. If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@objektsdesign.com.
- Include clear photos of the damaged item and all packaging (inner box, outer box, and protective inserts). We need the packaging photos to file carrier claims, so please keep everything until your claim is resolved.
- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you.
Claims made after 72 hours or without photos of the item and packaging may not qualify for a free replacement.
Non-returnable items The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked "Sale," "Clearance," or "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to post. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item (for example, a different wood finish) is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, email us and we'll arrange it.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, or any time before the item has shipped — whichever comes first. Once an item has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.
Restocking We do not charge a restocking fee on standard returns. We reserve the right to deduct the value of any diminished condition (missing packaging, use, or damage caused after delivery) from a refund.
