Welcome to Objekts_. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of objektsdesign.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us.

2. Products. Objekts_ designs and sells home décor and design objects, including mirrored cube tables, framed magnetic boards, and related pieces. Because many items are handmade or made with natural materials such as wood and stainless steel, slight variations in grain, tone, finish, and dimensions are inherent to each piece and are not defects. We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly.

3. Pricing and availability. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order — including after an order is placed — if we suspect an error, fraud, or a pricing mistake. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or ship the item. We may decline any order at our discretion.

5. Payment. Payment is processed securely by our third-party providers. You represent that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method.

6. Shipping, returns, and cancellations. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference and govern those aspects of your purchase.

7. Intellectual property. All content on the Site — including our designs, product photography, text, logos, the "Objekts_" name and branding, and the overall look and feel — is owned by Objekts_ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, manufacture, resell, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the Site's operation or security.

9. Disclaimers. The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our décor pieces are decorative objects and should be used as intended; we are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper installation, or use inconsistent with the product's purpose.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Objekts_ and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Objekts_ and its owner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept it.
