Shipping Policy
Processing time Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Made-to-order or personalized pieces may require additional time, which is noted on the product page. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping rates and delivery We offer free standard shipping on all domestic (U.S.) orders. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not include the processing time above.
Careful packaging Our pieces are packed to survive transit. Fragile items such as the mirrored cubes ship in a double-box system with foam corner blocks and air cushions. Please keep all packaging until you've confirmed your item arrived in good condition — you'll need it if you ever need to return an item or file a damage claim.
Damaged or lost shipments If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging (see our Return and Refund Policy). If tracking shows your package as lost or stuck in transit, email us and we'll open a carrier investigation and make it right.
Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — join our email list to be notified when it launches.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).
